Who she helps

Care for capable people who are holding a lot together.

You hold a lot together. You can be high-functioning and still overwhelmed, anxious, burned out, grieving, or managing ADHD, a mood change, or a hard transition. You do not need to fall apart to deserve real care.

Dr. McDade sees adults, teens, and families. Every visit treats the whole person, not just the symptom, and respects the intelligence in the room.

Approach to care

Care that begins with understanding.

Your first visit is unhurried, your diagnosis is clear, and your plan is built with you. So you always know what you are treating and why.

Accurate diagnosis

A thorough first visit that takes the time to understand your history, your symptoms, and your goals.

Evidence-based medication management

Thoughtful, individualized treatment, with a referral to therapy or other specialists when that serves you best.

Steady, collaborative follow-up

Regular check-ins that keep up with your life, so your plan stays right for you over time.

Telepsychiatry, explained

Real psychiatric care, by secure video.

All care is delivered by secure video. Your first visit runs 60 to 90 minutes depending on age, and follow-ups run 15 to 30 minutes. Telepsychiatry matches in-person care for diagnostic accuracy and treatment outcomes, and it removes the drive, the time off work, and the waiting room.

A brief screening first confirms that telepsychiatry fits your needs. Certain medications, including some controlled substances, are prescribed for patients who reside in Texas.
