Who can book an appointment with Dr. McDade?
Care is for residents of Texas and California, ages 12 to 70. You must be physically located in Texas or California at the time of your visit.
What do I need for a telepsychiatry visit?
A private, quiet space and a phone, tablet, or computer with a camera. A brief screening before your first visit confirms that telepsychiatry fits your needs.
Do you take insurance, or is it cash pay?
Health and Harmony Psychiatry accepts Aetna, and offers clear cash pay rates if you have other coverage or prefer to pay directly. You receive a good faith estimate before your first visit.
How do I reschedule or cancel?
You can reschedule or cancel through the patient portal. Please give as much notice as you can so the time can be offered to someone else.
I am already a patient. Where do I log in?
Current patients can sign in to the patient portal to message the practice, view records, and manage appointments.
