A family approach

Care that includes the whole family.

  1. The teen is heard

Young people share their experience in their own words, with their perspective taken seriously.

  2. Parents are part of the plan

You stay informed and involved, because change at home works best together.

  3. An accurate diagnosis

Dr. McDade looks at the whole picture, including anything driving the behavior or mood.

  4. A plan, and steady follow-up

You leave with clear next steps, and regular visits keep care on track.

Common in teens

Help for what young people face.

Adolescent care often involves anxiety, depression, ADHD, and oppositional defiant disorder, along with other concerns. Each is treated with care suited to a young person, not a scaled-down version of adult care.
