Initial Evaluation - Adult
$350
Initial evaluations for adults are scheduled for one hour in person. This will include obtaining background information, reviewing records and creating a treatment plan.
Initial Evaluation - Child/Adolescent
$350
Initial evaluations for Children/Adolescents are scheduled for 90 minutes in person. This will include obtaining information from both the child and the caretaker, reviewing records and creating a treatment plan.
Follow up appointment
$75-125
Follow up appointments are scheduled in 15 minute increments. They may be conducted via a telemedicine platform. This will include reassessment and any changes to the treatment plan.

We are able to accept HSA/FSA cards, major credit and debit cards for payment.
Private Pay
Why Private Pay?
Health and Harmony is a small scale psychiatry clinic with very few staff. In order to maintain our high standards of patient care and responsiveness, we do not accept any insurances. This allows our staff to focus their energy on your care rather than fighting with insurance.

Out of Network Benefits?
For those who have out of network benefits, we have registered with Reimbursify. Reimbursify aids patients in getting reimbursed by their insurance for out of network visits.
